My name is Meghan Keithly, and I'm the Director of Provider Solutions at PatientPoint. In my role, I focus on building strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals, identifying new opportunities, and presenting innovative solutions that improve patient engagement. Every day is hands-on and dynamic, as I navigate challenges and strive to hit our sales targets. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment that keeps me on my toes, and I genuinely love every moment of it.

My daily routine starts with Salesforce, tracking leads and organizing my schedule before heading out to meet clients in the field. Building relationships with healthcare providers is a big part of what I do, and I thrive on connecting with people and helping them discover how our solutions can benefit their patients. I also conduct onboarding calls to make sure everyone is getting the most out of what we offer. It’s a busy, but incredibly fulfilling routine, and I enjoy every minute of it.
Of course, with the ever-changing landscape of healthcare, staying up to date with new regulations and technologies can be a challenge. Every client has different needs and expectations, so there’s a lot of variety in the work I do. Balancing time between fieldwork and administrative tasks can feel like a juggling act at times, but it’s all part of the ride. These challenges only make the successes that much sweeter.
Recently, one of the highlights of my career was establishing a partnership with Southern Eye Group. This collaboration allowed us to expand our reach in the eye care sector and showcase how our solutions can improve patient care. Working closely with their team was a rewarding experience, and it’s been amazing to see the positive impact we’re making in the community.
What I love most about working at PatientPoint is watching newer sales reps grow and develop. It’s incredibly fulfilling to mentor them and see their success unfold. I also enjoy the camaraderie I have with my manager, who never fails to make me laugh and makes me feel like a truly valued part of the team. The relationships I’ve built both inside and outside of the organization are what make this place special for me.

Personally, this has allowed me to pursue my passion for training and competing in triathlons. Being able to balance my career with my personal goals has been incredibly fulfilling.
