Each year on the Friday before Father’s Day, we celebrate #WearBlueDay - a call to action to raise awareness about the health risks men face and encourage preventive care, wellness, and early detection.
Did you know men are less likely to visit the doctor, more likely to take health risks, and face higher rates of cancer, heart disease, and accidental injury? Wear BLUE Day, part of Men’s Health Month, is about changing that—starting with awareness.
Here are mission-driven organizations working to help men lead longer, healthier lives through education, screenings, mental health support, and community outreach.

Headstrong
Headstrong provides confidential, cost-free mental health care for veterans, many of whom are men struggling with PTSD, depression, or trauma. Their tailored approach is removing barriers to healing.
