To be eligible for the MissionEB's Mission Driven Award, a company must fulfill the following criteria:
Elevated Insight:Â A Leadership Q&A, Day in the Life or Career Growth article featuring a prominent team member of the organization.
Recruitment Guidance:Â A complete "Ace Your Interview" interview with someone from the Talent Acquisition or People team.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment:Â Participation in one of our DEI series such as EmpowHER, IDEAs, or Volunteer Spotlight.
Essential Profile:Â An up-to-date company profile on MissionEB with at least two employee testimonials.
This certification is reviewed and renewed annually to ensure that the content remains current and relevant.
